BATH — The City Council will hold a workshop at 6 p.m. Thursday to discuss bylaws of a board of directors created in December to manage the former National Guard Armory building now owned by the city.
The Bath Youth Meetinghouse and Skatepark and an antique fire engines group are slated to move into the armory building.
At a Jan. 4 meeting, councilors tabled discussion of the bylaws until the workshop.
