BATH — An 18-year-old Harpswell man was charged with felony drug possession Jan. 8 after police allegedly found him early that morning on High Street with a variety of illegal narcotics, hypodermic needles and other drug paraphernalia.
Cody Jay Ayer, 18, of 164 Hildreth Road, Harpswell, was faces charges of unlawful possession of hydrocodone, unlawful possession of Schedule Y drugs and three counts of unlawful possession of Schedule W drugs, as well as sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
Police allegedly found him early the morning of Jan. 8 on High Street with Adderall, Ritalin, Vicodin and hydrocodone pills, as well as marijuana and drug paraphernalia, Bath Police Lt. Stan Cielinski said Friday.
Bail was set at $750 cash, and Ayer was taken to Two Bridges Regional Jail in Wiscasset. He is scheduled to appear in West Bath District Court on March 6.
