The Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority board of directors will meet at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Brunswick Station.

Steve Levesque, executive director of MRRA, is scheduled to report on a number of issues, including property conveyances.

MRRA expects to receive 216 acres of additional airport property through a public benefit conveyance — in addition to the 714 acres already transferred — according to Levesque.

Of a total 1,100-acre economic development conveyance, MRRA has already received about 338 acres at the former Navy base in Brunswick, as well as 46 acres in Topsham, Levesque said Thursday. Another 252 acres is expected in “early spring.”

The town of Brunswick is slated to receive approximately 1,100 acres and one building through a public benefit conveyance, with Bowdoin College to receive 175 acres, Family Focus to acquire two buildings, and School Administrative District 75 slated for 12 acres.

Among other agenda items, the board on Tuesday will receive an update on leases and job creation at Brunswick Landing; hear reports from the executive and finance committees; discuss the budget for the 2012 air show; discuss a MRRA work plan; and hear an update from Tom Brubaker on the Brunswick Renewable Energy Center.

The board will then meet in executive session to discuss property matters.
