BRUNSWICK — Bowdoin College men’s basketball senior Will Hanley has been named Co-Player of the Week by the Maine Men’s Basketball Coaches and Writers Association.
Hanley recorded his seventh and eighth double-doubles of the season last week as the Polar Bears extended their unbeaten streak to six with a pair of wins.
The 6- foot- 7 forward notched 25 points and 11 rebounds in Bowdoin’s New England Small College Athletic Conference opener against Hamilton, and put together a 17- point, 15- rebound, fourassist performance versus Plymouth State.
The senior co-captain leads the NESCAC in scoring (20.3) and rebounding ( 12.5) this season.
