BRUNSWICK — Curtis Memorial Library’s Money Works for Women program will present “Getting Ready for Income Taxes” at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in the library’s Morrell Meeting Room.
Sharon Ross, director of the Midcoast CA$H Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program at Volunteers of America, will speak about basic tax concepts and tips to help people prepare their own taxes and claim credits for which they are eligible. A questionand answer period will follow the presentation.
The event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
