Ezekiel Adams, 23, of Bowdoinham, Oct. 15, 2010, operating under the influence, $700, jail 10 days, license suspended three years; theft by unauthorized use of property, dismissed, pleaded to another charge.
Shawn J. Burby, 35, of Richmond, Nov. 16, 2010, two counts of domestic violence assault, both dismissed, pleaded to another charge; obstructing report of a crime, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; domestic violence assault, jail six months all but four days suspended, probation two years.
Marjorie Chaison, 45, of Portland, Dec. 12, 2010, operating under the influence, $500, jail 48 hours, license suspended 90 days.
Jeremiah Cotreau, 22, of Phippsburg, Feb. 2, 2009, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $600.
Jason Dingus, 37, of Newcastle, Dec. 30, 2010, operating under the influence, $900, jail six months all but 10 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years.
Barry A. McKinney, 35, of Portland, Feb. 4, 2011, aggravated assault, jail eight years all but five years and one day suspended, probation three years; domestic violence assault, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; violating condition of release, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; driving to endanger, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; violating condition of release, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; operating under the influence, no test, $2,500, jail five years, license suspended six years; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, $3,000, jail five years; failing to stop for officer, dismissed, pleaded to another charge.
Veronica Murrin, 44, of Richmond, Nov. 30, 2010, operating under the influence, $500, jail two days, license suspended 90 days.
Chadwick P. O’Neil, 22, of Bath, Feb. 20, 2011, operating vehicle without license by violating conditions or restrictions, $250.
Laurie Poulin, 49, of Freeport, Sept. 13, 2010, disorderly conduct by offensive words or gestures, dismissed for other reason.
Irene C. Pouliot, 52, of Brunswick, Dec. 13, 2010, operating under the influence, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; failing to make oral or written accident report, $300.
Amber M. Varnum, 23, of Bath, Feb. 7, 2011, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $120.
Stephen Scott Wilhelm, 26, of Georgetown, March 12, 2011, violating condition of release, jail 10 days; disorderly conduct by offensive words or gestures, jail 10 days; domestic violence assault, dismissed, pleaded to another charge.
