Navy Chief Petty Officer ROGER DUNCAN, whose wife, Martina, is the daughter of Cathy Morrow of Bath and Stevan Morrow of Westbrook, recently completed the Essential Skills Video Course conducted at Navy Public Affairs Support Element East aboard Naval Station Norfolk, Va.
The course is best suited for those commands needing video support or anyone transferring to a video broadcasting command. The course teaches students camera familiarization, shooting techniques, interview techniques, script writing, voicing and video editing.
