BATH — InspireME Personal Fitness & Training will launch a five-part workshop titled “Menopause: Channeling the Surge” on Jan. 4.
The workshop “ explores various aspects of menopause and periomenopause — and strategies for coping,” an InspireME release states. “ Learn how nutrition and stress management can make all the difference.”
The workshop is open to “women of all ages interested in exploring how to manage hormonal shifts,” the release states.
Sessions will run from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Customs House, 1 Front St. Wednesdays from Jan. 4 through Feb. 1. The schedule is as follows:
— Jan. 4: The Biology of it All, Dr. Louise Bryant, chiropractor
— Jan. 11: Nutritional Support, Kate Nicholson, L.M.T, Holistic Nutritional Coach
— Jan. 18: Dealing with Changes, Elizabeth Sylvester, ICF Certified Life Coach
— Jan. 25: Dealing with the Stress and Anxiety, Bambi Thompson, OTR/L
— Feb. 1: Building Your Vision, Elizabeth Sylvester, ICF Certified Life Coach
