SEN. SUSAN COLLINS stopped at Dike-Newell Elementary School on Nov. 18 to visit with first- and secondgraders and read “Antlers Forever!” by Maine author Frances Bloxam. “Sen. Collins told students of her love of reading and urged them to work hard and continue their education,” a release from RSU 1 states. “When one second-grader asked Sen. Collins if she had a lot of paperwork, she told the group she has lots of homework and she sits down to do it every day.”
