To the editor:
The Christmas season is supposed to be a time of love, faith and sharing.
Have you been to a department or grocery store lately? People turn into crazy and nasty people.
They complain that no shopping carts are around when they walk into a store. Of course, they passed a few either in the cart mart or all over the parking lot.
I saw two women arguing over a cart. Why can’t they get a cart from either the cart mart or in front of them when they pull into a parking space. Shopping carts are all over the parking lot.
When the wind is blowing, how many carts have been blown around and hit your car?
I know what you said when you saw the dent or scratch on your car from a cart that was against your car when you went to get in it.
Please make it easier for yourself and everyone around you when you go shopping. Put the cart in the cart mart or take one in with you when you go shopping. It will make it easier for you and me.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to one and all.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
