Back in the day when Demi Moore was still the wife of Bruce Willis, Hailey, ID was the stomping ground for the Hollywood power couple. In addition to other holdings, including Soldier Mountain Ski Area, Willis and Moore owned a bar and nightclub in downtown Hailey — The Mint — where they entertained dozens of Hollywood stars.

But those were the 1990s, and not only have Willis and Moore been divorced for years, Moore is also now splitsville from Ashton Kutcher, who also shacked up in Hailey on and off for the past six years.

The divestment process from Hailey by Willis continues. Willis listed The Mint for sale last year and has now listed his Idaho mansion for $15 million.

Best known for his roles in “Die Hard” and “Sixth Sense,” Willis reportedly is selling because he no longer spends time in Idaho.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Willis picked up the Sun Valley home in 2003 and substantially rebuilt the 8,400-square-foot home. He added significant outbuildings and landscaping, including several ponds and streams and outdoor fireplace as well as a pool with water slides and rope swing. There is also a gym and guesthouse on the property.

Willis’ home is situated on 20 acres just under two miles outside of Hailey’s downtown area. The home includes 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and four fireplaces, two of which are in bedrooms. The resort-style home has rustic stone and wood details, a massive foyer entry and two stone fireplaces in the living area. An expansive kitchen has two dishwashers, dual ovens and two refrigerators, as well as an eat-in breakfast nook. An extensive security system, heated balconies and decks round out Willis’ estate.

Willis isn’t the only one to own homes in the Sun Valley area. Carole King is currently selling a remote Idaho ranch, and in previous years the ski slopes were favorites of silver screen stars Gary Cooper, Janet Leigh, and Lucille Ball.

Willis’ house listing is held by agent Janine Bear of Sun Valley Sotheby’s International Realty.
