BRUNSWICK
Brunswick police on Tuesday charged a Harpswell man with trafficking in scheduled drugs after detectives say he twice sold them oxycodone tablets.
Joshua Kane, 19, of 20 Smokehouse Road, Harpswell, was arrested on a warrant on Harpswell Road.
Kane allegedly sold police oxycodone during two controlled buys in October, Brunswick Police Detective Rich Cutliffe said Wednesday.
Cutliffe declined to disclose how many tablets were allegedly sold or specifically when and where the alleged buys took place.
Kane remains in Cumberland County Jail today on $500 cash bail.
