BRUNSWICK — Alison Fernald, a nutritionist, will lead a program titled “How to Eat your way through the Holidays without Gaining Weight” from 11 a.m. to noon Tuesday at People Plus, 35 Union St.
Fernald “will teach the nuts and bolts about calories, carbohydrates and fats, and if you have particular dietary or medical concerns, she’ll provide tools to help you navigate the abundance of ‘goodies’ this time of year,” a People Plus release states. “ She’ll share recipes, do a quick and tasty food demonstration, and answer all of your nutrition questions.”
Participation is free and open to the public. To register, call People Plus at 729-0757.
