Arrests

11/7 at 7:13 p.m. Jeremy Geroux, 33, of Ridge Road, Newcastle, was arrested by Sgt. Frederick Dunn on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of operating under the influence, and issued a summons on charges of possession of Schedule W drugs and possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

11/8 at 3:18 p.m. Peter Dale, 37, of Cushing Street, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Sgt. Frederick Dunn on Elm Street on a charge of operating after suspension.

Otherwise empty

11/13 at 10:30 a.m. Officer Alfred Giusto responded to the burglary of a Middlesex Road residence. A Rinnai heater, mounted to the wall, was reportedly stolen. The house has been for sale and was otherwise empty.
