Arrests
Joshua Z. Thomas, 19, of 25 Primrose Lane, Brunswick, Oct. 19, 2 a.m., charged on a West Bath District Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft, and with illegal consumption of liquor by a minor, on Middle Street.
