WINDHAM – A rainy weather forecast has forced some changes to this weekend’s Windham High School homecoming activities.

As of 2:45 p.m. on Friday afternoon, all athletic contests scheduled for Saturday are still on as scheduled, with the boys and girls varsity soccer teams taking on Scarborough at 3 and 5 p.m. Also, the homecoming parade, scheduled for 9 a.m. is still on as scheduled. However, all bus sim homecoming events, such as facepainting and other similar activities, have been cancelled.

The high school athletic department plans to make a final decision on all weather-related changes and cancellations early on Saturday morning. For more information and an updated schedule, call the school’s hotline throughout the day on Saturday as staff will update it just as soon as they get information regarding the games for the day. The hotline number is 892-1810, then select option 5 to be transferred to the athletic department and then option 1 for the recorded hotline.
