Seniors map plans
Westbrook Senior Citizens will meet at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 3, at Westbrook Community Center on Bridge Street.
Harmon’s and Barton’s Flowers will present a floral arrangement show.
Seniors are planning a trip to Indian Head in Lincoln, N.H., on Sunday, Nov. 27. Then on Wednesday, Dec. 7, the group will travel to Chicopee, Mass., for dinner and a show at the Hu Ke Lau and to view holiday lights.
The group will see The Rockettes, a famed New York City dance company, perform on Friday, Dec. 16, at the Wang Center in Boston, Mass. The seniors will lunch at the Hilltop in Saugus, Mass.

Woman’s meeting features speakers
Two women will be guest speakers when Westbrook Woman’s Club meets at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 4, at Westbrook-Warren Congregational Church, 810 Main St.
Kathy White, New England regional president, and Suzanne Raymond, GFWC Maine president, will address the meeting. Refreshments will be served following the program.

The Westbrook High School class of 1971 is holding its 40th class reunion on Saturday, Oct. 22, but organizers still have a number of people to locate.

The Stephen W. Manchester Post 62 of the American Legion will meet at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 5, in its headquarters at 17 Dunn St.

A slideshow of old Westbrook will be presented when the Westbrook Historical Society meets at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 5, on the second floor at 17 Dunn St.
