Troubling taxi – A Fowler Road resident called police about a taxicab stopped in front of the residence, concerned it was “possibly involved in a scam.”
Saturday, Sept. 10
Burglary – An Ocean House Road resident reported items missing from the home. It was later determined the burglary was “due to a domestic situation” and the victim waived filing a complaint.
Monday, Sept. 12
Theft – A Shore Road resident reported a stolen purse. It was later located by the owner.
Motor vehicle burglary – A Pennsylvania resident reported the theft of items from a vehicle at Fort Williams Park. The rear window was “smashed” and a purse taken, containing cash, identification, credit cards and jewelry.

Motor vehicle burglary – A New Zealand resident reported the theft of items from a vehicle at Fort Williams Park. A window was “smashed” and a purse taken, containing cash, identification, a passport and credit cards.
