Wayne A. Powell, 59, of Sanford, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2011 at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough. A graveside service for Wayne will take place on Monday at 2 p.m. at the Southern Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Springvale. Visiting hours will begin at 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Monday at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main St. in Springvale.
