Camden’s strong ties to the sea are celebrated every year with three days of fun and learning on the Penobscot Bay town’s famously picturesque harbor.

The Windjammer Festival includes a Maritime Heritage Fair, featuring history displays and workshops where visitors can learn skills like knot tying and bollard line tossing.

Visitors also may tour docked windjammers from 2 to 4 p.m. today.

Pirates staged a duel on Saturday and will return for more mayhem today.

Also today, the products of Saturday’s build-a-boat contest will be tested in the harbor. Owners of any seaworthy vessel are welcome to join the All Comers Boat Parade through the harbor at 4 p.m. today.
