PORTLAND — The Portland Sea Dogs managed only two hits and no runs today as the New Hampshire Fisher Cats enjoyed a 7-0 victory at Hadlock Field.

The Fisher Cats (76-65) hit three home runs off Portland starter Charlie Haeger (4-1). It was the second night in a row New Hampshire had more home runs than Portland had hits.

The Sea Dogs (59-82) have the worst record in franchise history. The Sea Dogs’ first team went 60-81 in 1994.

Portland plays the last game of its season at 1 p.m. Monday at Hadlock.
