Time Warner Cable has restored all services to its New England customers affected by this afternoon’s network issue.

According to the company, this issue began at about 2:30 p.m. Additional flooding and storm damage impacted its fiber-optic network, causing a loss of service for customers in New England.

This past weekend its network was severely compromised by Hurricane Irene. Today, ongoing flooding and storm damage impacted its back-up systems.

The issue affected all high-speed Internet and digital phone service customers, and most TV channels for video customers in New England. About 350,000 customers were affected overall.
