8/23 at 8:10 p.m. Sylvia King, 19, of Chestnut Street, Portland, was arrested on Orchard Road by Officer Eric Fay on a warrant. 

8/27 at 2:51 p.m. Kevin Gallagher, 55, of Ocean House Road, was arrested on Ocean House Road by Officer David Gaudette on a charge of operating under the influence. 

Summonses

8/24 at 3:58 p.m. Gerald Von Stoddard, 36, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Sawyer Road by Officer Aaron Webster on a charge of driving an uninspected vehicle. 

8/25 at 12:48 p.m. Jeffrey Hughes, 22, of Waterville, was issued a summons on Scott Dyer Road by Officer Aaron Webster on a charge of driving an uninspected vehicle. 

8/29 at 4:38 p.m. Rita Nappi, 58, of Portland, was issued a summons on Route 77 by Officer Eric Fay on a charge of failure to produce insurance. 

Mystery smash

8/15 at 12:30 p.m. An officer responded to a criminal mischief complaint from a resident on Ocean House Road. Upon arrival, the officer reportedly saw a lighting fixture was smashed and there was damage to a tree, described by police as looking like it had been struck by a vehicle. Police say there were no witnesses.
