The lantern that symbolizes a new beginning for Williams Court in Biddeford was unveiled Saturday. Situated in a newly-created park at the end of the tiny street, the lantern bears the hands of 11 people, including several who attended the unveiling, pictured here: Biddeford City Councilor Bob Mills; Diane Dutremble, who stretches her hand high toward her mother, Cecile Parent’s hand the highest in the bronze sculpture; young Trenton Mills; and Chandler Greene, Doris Greene and Devin Greene.
