Arrests

7/20 at 11:02 p.m. Joey A. Ruest, 20, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Gaudettte on Star Road on a charge of operating without a license.

7/25 at 3:53 a.m. Ashley Morgan Ballew, 20, of South Portland, was arrested by Officer Rory Diffin on Shore Road on charges of operating under the influence, operating without a license in violation of restriction, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

Summonses

7/22 at 1:38 p.m. Susan Tegelaar, 38, of Medford, Mass., was issued a summons by Officer Galvan at Kettle Cove on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

7/23 at 1:30 a.m. Jason Wright, 40, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons by Officer Webster on Spurwink Avenue on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
