Former Maine Gov. Angus King will appear at a free event celebrating the release of his book “Governor’s Travels: How I Left Politics, Learned to Back Up a Bus, and Found America” (Down East Books). The book chronicles the nearly six-month-long trip King and his family took in an RV after he left office in 2003. The event includes remarks by King, followed by a reception. Reservations are required.
