Rodger L. “Shorty” DeVine, 81, of Springvale, died June 25 at the Maine Medical Center in Portland after a short illness. A memorial celebration will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main St., Springvale, with Pastor David Rowe of the East Limington Baptist Church officiating. Sister Cecile Nadeau, 83, died Saturday, June 18, 2011 at the Saint Claire Residence in Methuen, Mass. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, June 21 in the Presentation of Mary Chapel in Methuen, Mass. with burial in the Presentation of Mary cemetery.
Ralph A. Nadeau, husband of Virginia Chevrier Nadeau, entered into eternal rest on Monday, May 30, 2011. A funeral liturgy was held at the James A. McAlister Chapel on Friday, June 3. The Rite of Committal took place at the Live Oak Memorial Gardens.
Linda Mailing Shelley was a kindred soul who battled cancer valiantly until she was called to heaven June 26, 2011. A private service for family and friends will be held July 9, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Hope Cemetery in Kennebunk.
