Criminal mischief – Beech Ridge Road, 7:28 a.m. Ten windows were broken out of heavy equipment belonging to R. J. Grondin & Sons, in a gravel pit off Route 114. Damage was estimated at $3,800.
Theft – Payne Road, 11:05 a.m. Marden’s reported at that an unknown woman visited the store between 1:36-2:06 p.m. on Saturday, May 21, allegedly loading a bag on sale inside with various items, and left without paying.
Vandalism/criminal mischief – Municipal Drive, 12:50 p.m. A BB-gun pellet was fired through a window at the high school. Police believe the shot came from inside the building.
Disturbance – Beech Ridge Road, 5:41 p.m. Police responded to a residence to deal with an “out-of-control” 12 year old.
Burglary – Maple Avenue, 11:46 p.m. Six rifles stored in a duffle bag, an unknown amount of ammunition and two rings where stolen from an unlocked residence sometime between 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Tuesday, May 24
Theft – Gallery Boulevard, 2:02 p.m. A female employee of Texas Roadhouse reported that her car keys and identification were stolen from the restaurant sometime during her shift the previous night.
Harrassment – Route 1, 8:48 p.m. A female reported that an ex-boyfriend used his vehicle to block her exit from Lifestyle Fitness, and also engaged her in “cat-and-mouse games” on the roadway.
Wednesday, May 25
Vandalism/criminal mischief – Route 1, 12:28 a.m. A female reported that a rock was thrown through the driver’s-side window of her vehicle while it was parked at NorDx Laboratory during her shift. Cash visible inside the vehicle was left untouched.
Theft – Black Point Road, 8:11 a.m. A large “Ocean View Harbor” sign valued at $3,000 was taken from the end of Old Neck Road sometime during the previous two weeks.
Theft – Kingfisher Drive, 9:28 a.m. A female reported that a wallet was stolen from her vehicle the previous afternoon while it was parked at Memorial Park.
Disorderly conduct – Payne Road, 12:43 p.m. Positively Pets reported an incident with a customer upset that a bulldog reportedly purchased for $2,500 has since had a host of hereditary medical issues. The store claimed to be willing to take the dog back, but the woman became irate and uncooperative over a concern they’d have the animal put down.
Burglary – Ardora Circle, 12:59 p.m. A female reported that an ex-boyfriend entered her unlocked home and took a pair of shoes valued at $70.

Gary A. Courage, 38, of Saco, on King Street at 10:55 p.m. on charges of violating a protective order and violating bail conditions of release.
Wednesday, May 25
A male juvenile, 17, of Scarborough, on Municipal Drive at 9:32 a.m. on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia. Incident reportedly occurred at the high school.
