5/21 at 11:15 p.m. James Ouellette, 24, of Loon Drive, Topsham, was arrested by Officer Antonio Ridge on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/22 at 11:23 p.m. Keith Jalbert, 49, of Erma Lane, Buxton, was arrested by Officer Chris Woodcock on charges of violating condition of release and operating under the influence.

5/25 at 5:27 p.m. Carolyn DeBerry, 31, of Oak Street, Lewiston, was arrested by Officer Chris Woodcock on charges of operating after habitual offender revocation and violating condition of release.

Summonses

5/21 at 1:14 a.m. Trevor Tierney, 18, of Dexter Lane, North Yarmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Ryan Martin on a charge of allowing a minor to possess liquor.

5/21 at 7:15 p.m. Benjamin Rodick, 19, of Crestview Drive, Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Ryan Martin on a charge of procuring liquor for a minor.
