Arrests

5/19 at 1:00 p.m. Jeffrey Allen Pooler, 19, of Lewiston, was arrested by Officer Mark Dorval on Scott Dyer Road on a warrant.

5/18 at 8:17 p.m. Keith C. McMullan, 51, of South Portland, was arrested by Sgt. Eric Fay on Highland Avenue, South Portland on a charge of operating after suspension.

Summonses

5/17 at 12:25 a.m. Irvin Skyler, 26, of Conway, N.H., was issued a summons by Officer Jeffrey Gaudette on Route 77 on a charge of operating without a license and no motor vehicle endorsement.

5/19 at 2:20 a.m. Lyndzie MacDonald, 21, of Cape Elizabeth was issued a summons by Sgt. Eric Fay on Woodland Road on charges of furnishing alcohol to minors and furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol.

5/19 at 2:30 a.m. Nicole Gamelin, 20, of Allentown, N.H., was issued a summons by Officer Rory Diffin on Woodland Avenue on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor.

5/19 at 2:30 a.m. Sarah Wood, 18, of Jonesboro, was issued a summons by Officer Rory Diffin on Woodland Avenue on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor.

5/23 at 4:30 p.m. Tit Pinang, 26, of Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Aaron Webster on a Route 77 on a charge of operating without a license.

5/21 A 13-year-old girl of Cape Elizabeth was issued a summons by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on a charge of domestic violence assault.

Saturday night spree

5/22  Police report about $4 in change was removed from an vehicle on Woodland Avenue. A resident of Shore Road reported a Blackberry and wallet stolen from another vehicle. Police met with a resident of Shore Road who reported two GPS units were allegedly stolen from a car. None of the vehicles were damaged but all were unlocked.
