CAPE ELIZABETH – Cape Elizabeth voters approved the school budget decisively Tuesday, by a margin of 1,837-686.

Cape voters also showed their preference for Democrat Cynthia Dill in her race against South Portland Republican Louie Maietta for the State Senate District 7 race. Dill, a state representative from Cape, beat Maietta 1,766-833 in Cape, while winning the district.
