Maine author Julia Spencer-Fleming will be talking about her new book, “One Was a Soldier.” It is the seventh in her Rev. Clare Fergusson series, focusing on a crime-solving minister. The talk is part of the Portland Public Library’s Brown Bag Lecture series, so people are invited to bring lunch.
