Jordan Friedland, Lincoln Academy sophomore: Quarterfinalist who was seeded sixth in the state singles tournament. Ranked 26th in New England among boys 16 and under.

Matt Gilman, Cape Elizabeth sophomore: Led Capers to the Class B state title last spring. Quarterfinalist in state singles tournament ousted by eventual champ Brandon Thompson.

Alex Henny, Scarborough junior: Went 14-1 at No. 3 singles for the Red Storm, with the lone loss coming against Adams of Bonny Eagle.

Ryan Johnson, Windham junior: Compiled a 10-2 record at No. 3 singles for Class A state champs. Reached Round of 16 in singles tournament.

Adam Levesque, Mt. Ararat senior: Knocked off the 12th seed last year to reach the Round of 16 in the state singles tournament.

Brendan McCarthy, Falmouth freshman: Ranked 78th in New England, and fifth in the state, among 16-and-under boys.

Patrick Ordway, Waynflete sophomore: Runner-up in state singles tournament who helped lead the Flyers to the Class C team title.

GIRLS

Annie Criscione, Falmouth junior: Two-time semifinalist in the singles tournament who played No. 2 for the three-time Class B state champs.

Natalie Egbert, Gorham senior: Led Rams to a 14-2 record and Western Class A title. Reached Round of 16 as sixth seed in singles tournament.

Addie Devine, McAuley junior: Returns at No. 1 after a 10-2 regular season for Western Class A semifinalist. Seeded 10th in singles tournament.

Carissa English, Camden Hills sophomore: Seventh seed in the singles tournament who reached the Round of 16 for Eastern Class B finalists.

Anna Jaeger, NYA senior: Moves up to top spot from No. 2 singles for four-time defending Class C champion.

Analise Kump, Falmouth junior: Runner-up in state singles tournament last year, quarterfinalist as a freshman. Led Falmouth to third straight Class B state title.

Hannah Potter, Yarmouth junior: Ninth seed in state singles tournament who reached Round of 16.

Maisie Silverman, Brunswick freshman: Top singles player for Eastern Class A finalists.

Maria Varano, Kennebunk junior: Joins high school team for first time. Ranked 17th in New England in girls 18-and-under.

Libby Voccola, Falmouth sophomore: Unbeaten at third singles for Class B state champs. Knocked off two seeds to reach quarterfinals of singles tournament.
