Our Communities. Our Teams. Our Future.
We’re proud to make high school sports coverage free for everyone—because these moments matter. At Maine State Credit Union, we’re here for the people and places that make Maine strong. Let’s Go! Learn more at mainestatecu.org.
1. Scarborough: Last year’s Class A champions lost some key players, but remember that depth? Expect the powerful Red Storm to contend again.
2. Kennebunk: The Rams return 14 players and might be the team to beat in Western Class A.
3. NYA: The Panthers have a smaller team than usual, but the defending Class B champions possess one of the state’s best tandems in senior Lilly Wellenbach and sophomore Molly Strabley.
4. Yarmouth: A senior class of 13 returning players means Coach Dorothy Holt’s team is loaded and ready to go.
5. Cape Elizabeth: The Capers are strong from the net out, with a top goalie, solid defense, good two-way players anchoring the middle and some dangerous shooters on attack.
