The following American Red Cross blood drives are open to the public:

Thursday

10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Southern Maine Community College, South Portland

Saturday

8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Moody’s Collision, Gorham

Tuesday

Noon to 6 p.m., Saint Martha’s Church, Kennebunk

11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saint Joseph’s College, Standish.

The Portland Donor Center, 524 Forest Ave., is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, noon to 7 p.m.; Fridays, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.; and the first and third Saturdays of each month, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston is open on Monday (except holidays), 9 a.m.-3 p.m. and Tuesday-Thursday, 12 p.m.-7 p.m.

Platelet donors also are needed. Donations by appointment.
