The New England Patriots Charitable Foundation is seeking nominations for its Community MVP Awards program. The awards recognize people who exemplify leadership and commitment to improving their communities through volunteerism. The foundation will select 21 MVPs, who will receive prizes ranging from $1,500 to $10,000 for the organizations for which they volunteer.

The program is open to New England residents age 13 or older who volunteer for nonprofit organizations. To submit a nomination, visit www.patriots.com/community. The deadline is April 30.
