Arrests

3/18 at 12:47 a.m. Justin Stout, 22, of Knoxville, Tenn., was arrested by Officer Ryan Martin on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/21 at 5:20 p.m. Richard Sorenson III, 32, of County Way, Portland, was arrested by Officer Chris Woodcock on a charge of refusing to give personal information to an officer. He was also issued a summons on charges of sale or use of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

3/21 at 5:20 p.m. Brendon McLellan, 24, of Cochron Road, Newcastle, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Chris Woodcock.

3/22 at 6:12 p.m. Colin Shane Wescott, 20, of St. John Street, Portland, was arrested by Officer Chris Woodcock on a charge of violation of conditions of release.

3/23 at 11:54 p.m. Toby Zielinski, 41, of Hiram, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Woodcock on a charge of attaching false motor vehicle plates.
