PORTLAND — Comedy legend Jerry Seinfeld will be bringing his stand-up act to Portland.

Seinfeld is slated to do a show at Portland’s Merrill Auditorium, 20 Myrtle St., at 7 p.m. June 16.

Tickets will go on sale at noon on March 25. They’ll be available at the Merrill box office, by calling 842-0800 or at Porttix.com. Prices have not yet been announced.

Seinfeld, who has played Portland several times before, is best known for his wildly popular NBC sitcom “Seinfeld,” which aired in prime time from 1990 to 1998.
