WESTBROOK — Westbrook School Superintendent Reza Namin has been offered the superintendent’s job at the Spencer-East Brookfield Regional School District in central Massachusetts.
Namin, who came to Westbrook two years ago, was also one of four finalists scheduled for interviews at the Waltham, Mass., school district this week. He withdrew his name from the running over the weekend, said Lisa Limoncillo, chairwoman of the Waltham school search committee.
The enrollment at Spencer-East Brookfield schools is 2,000 compared to about 2,500 enrollment in Westbrook.
