The following American Red Cross blood drives are open to the public:

Saturday

9 a.m. to 2 p.m., American Red Cross Bus at Kittery Trading Post

9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Christ Episcopal Church, Gardiner

Monday

12:30 to 5:30 p.m., Elm Street Congregational Church, Camden

2 to 7 p.m., Casco Village Church

The Portland Donor Center, 524 Forest Ave., is also open noon to 7 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fridays; and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the first and third Saturdays of each month.

Platelet donors also are needed. Donations by appointment.
