Award-winning chef Gabrielle Hamilton of the restaurant Prune in New York City will help cook a family-style roasted lamb dinner, read from “Blood, Bones & Butter: The Inadvertent Education of a Reluctant Chef” and sign copies of her memoir. The dinner menu is from a childhood meal she writes about in the book.
