2/19 at 6:43 p.m. Dawn Casley-Williams, 38, of Lewiston Road, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Robert Ramsay.

2/20 at 12:55 a.m. Karlheinz Skelton, 43, of River Road, Bowdoinham, was arrested by Officer Randy Cook on a charge of domestic violence assault.

Summonses

2/15 at 8:55 p.m. Matthew Snyder, 19, of Willow Grove, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

2/16 at 2:39 p.m. Johnna Cyr, 64, of Sky-Hy Drive, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to give notice of an accident by the quickest means.

2/18 at 10:05 p.m. Ashley Williams, 21, of Gray Corner Road, Woolwich, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol.

2/19 at 12:51 a.m. Jamie Lee Herman, 25, of Lewiston, was issued a summons by Officer Peter Kaminski on a charge of operating after suspension.

2/21 at 11 a.m. William Deary, 36, of Winter Street, was issued a summons by Officer Alfred Giusto on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and falsifying physical evidence.

Copped clarinet

2/14 at 1:47 p.m. Police received a call from Music & Moore on Topsham Fair Mall Road that a clarinet displayed on the wall was missing. The clarinet was being sold on consignment for $549.99.
