2/17 at 1:13 a.m. Jacob G. Davis, 19, of Boody Street, was arrested on a warrant and on a charge of minor consuming liquor.

2/17 at 10:16 p.m. Bruce L. Woodard Jr., 56, of Yarmouth Road, Gray, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/18 at 7:05 p.m. Christopher L. Cheetam, 32, of River Road, was arrested on a warrant.

2/14 at 10:03 p.m. Thomas Duffek, 48, of Mere Point Road, was issued a summons on a charge of operating without a license.

2/17 at 1:28 p.m. Kenneth H. Brief, 71, of Kennebec Lane, was issued a summons on a charge of motor vehicle speeding, more than 30 mph over speed limit.

2/18 at 6:42 p.m. Daniel Stevens, 59, of William Street, Boothbay Harbor, was issued a summons on a charge of failure to register a motor vehicle.

Golden shower?

2/15 at 7:03 p.m. A caller driving on Route 1 reported that someone was throwing a yellow liquid from Water Street or the Route 1 overpass. The liquid landed on the caller’s car.
