PORTLAND — Police are investigating a robbery that happened at CVS Pharmacy on Brighton Avenue Wednesday.

The robbery occurred around 8 p.m. The suspect is a white male who demanded prescription medications from the pharmacist. He was given the medication and then fled the store on foot. Authorities said he did not display a weapon and there were no injuries.

The man is described as being 5-foot-8 with a thin build. He was wearing jeans, a blue and black winter jacket, a black winter hat and black gloves.
