FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Chris Cramer made a jumper that gave Fort Wayne its first lead of the game with 8:46 left in a game with the Maine Red Claws on Sunday. The Red Claws never closed the gap as the Mad Ants pulled away to win 118-103 in an NBA Development League game at Allen County War Memorial Coliseum.

Cramer finished with a game-high 22 points to go along with five rebounds and four steals for the Mad Ants, who swept the two-game series against the Red Claws.

Darnell Lazare and Walker Russell added 16 points apiece for Fort Wayne, which had a total of seven players finish in double figures.

Maine took control early, opening the game on a 12-4 run behind six points from Tiny Gallon. Gallon and Mario West each finished with eight points in the first quarter as the Red Claws built a 32-21 lead.

Maine led by as many as 17 points in the first half and went into halftime with a 64-49 lead.

West finished with 21 points and eight rebounds to lead the Red Claws and Gallon added 17 points and 10 boards.

Maine also got 17 points and eight rebounds from DeShawn Sims and 14 points and seven assists from Matt Janning.

The Red Claws play again Thursday night at home against the Dakota Wizards.
