In Arundel, a free community Christmas dinner will be offered by Bentley’s Saloon and the Blue Moon Diner on Christmas Day, Dec. 25 from noon to 4 p.m. at the diner, 1132 Portland Road, Arundel. The dinner, according to organizers, is open to all and intended to offer those without a place to go, or people to share the holiday meal with, a traditional Christmas dinner. Transportation is available upon request.

Anyone interested should call Bentley’s Saloon General Manager Gregg Martinez at 251-1403 with the name of the family/person, number of people attending and a contact phone number. Those who would like to volunteer should also call Martinez or e-mail him at bentleywarrenssaloon@yahoo.com.

Ӣ In Saco, Traditions Restaurant will serve its 12th annual free Christmas Day Dinner from 1-3 p.m. at 162 Main St., Saco, on Saturday, Dec. 25. The Hadiaris family, with lots of help from relatives, friends and local businesses, will serve a free, home-cooked dinner with the fixings for anyone who needs a meal or would otherwise be alone on Christmas Day. Call 282-9373 to make reservations or for more information. Those interested should leave their name, the number of people in their party and a phone number where they can be reached. All calls will be returned, and a reservation time will be given. Please try to call before 6 p.m. Walk-ins will be served if space allows after those with reservations are seated. A limited number of meals are available to be delivered to those who are unable to leave their home or do not have transportation.

”¢ In Kennebunk, the  seventh annual Noel Dinner, a complimentary Christmas dinner for the community put on by Community Harvest, will be offered Christmas Day, Dec. 25. The menu includes stew, ham, corn bread, sweet potato casserole, pecan pie and cranberry velvet pie. Dinner will be at 2 p.m. at St. Martha’s Parish, Route 1 in Kennebunk. Reservations are suggested but not required. Call 967-1911 for reservations or more information.
