New Years Eve dance

A New Years Eve dance hosted at Nasson Community Center at 457R Main St. will be 7 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Dec. 31.

The event will feature a buffet, music by the Time Riders band, party favors, cash bar and a midnight champagne toast. Tickets are $40 or $300 per table of eight. Proceeds will benefit the Community Center.

Holiday hours at library

York Public Library at 15 Long Sands Road, has announced a change in hours for the holidays. The library will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday and again Dec. 31 and closed Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.
