Gail Osgood and her family are a part of a group planting over 1,000 tulips at different Cape Elizabeth locations. Osgood, standing center, was joined by her children, Lucy Citrine, 11, at her side, and Annie Citrine, 10, in the orange coat. The event was created by Loralee Schaedel to honor and bring awareness to women with breast cancer in the community.
