LISBON — A man who escaped from authorities while being transported to Two Bridges Jail Friday is headed back there today – this time under closer guard.
Rayon Wilson, 26, of Bath was found at a home in Lisbon by Lisbon police just past noon today and was arrested, according to the Sagadahoc Sheriff’s Office.
Wilson had just been convicted in Sagadahoc County Superior Court of domestic assault on Friday afternoon and was being escorted to jail in handcuffs when he escaped on foot.
Police searched for him, even using a police dog to track him, but they lost the trail near the Bath shopping center.
