THOMAS F. BILL of Old Orchard Beach, died Tuesday in Scarborough. Visitation will be 9-10:30 a.m., Monday, Sept. 20, 2010, at the Old Orchard Beach Funeral Home, 36 Portland Ave., Old Orchard Beach, followed by the celebration of a funeral Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Margaret’s Church, corner of Saco Avenue and Old Orchard Street, in Old Orchard Beach. A reception will be held following the Mass at a location to be announced in the church. Interment will be in the Southern Maine Veterans’ Cemetery in Springvale.
